XPatch4.4 Namm Updates

When I am at a show I demonstrate the software to customers or if there are no customers I test the software and look for any improvements. Whilst at Namm I improved the new grouping software and fixed a bug in the isolated group paths..

Since returning I have added the following

• File/AutoSave menu item. When enabled the software will save any changes you make after about 5 seconds

• Changed the [Verify] key on the Paths page to an [Enforce] key. this will clear all the connections and then establish only the connections as defined on the Paths page

• Added a warning message when the XPatch4 software loses contact with a XPatch or XP-Relay unit.

• Right Click on Gain display in the Matrix Display now resets the gain to 0dB

• Right Click on Phantom indicator in Matrix Display enable/disable phantom

• Midi Automation updated, to control snapshots, path store and matrix. See the Midi Automation window for details

• Stream Deck XL now has a Paths page to enable/disable/bypass individual paths

XP-Relay

New Front Panel Menu to allow the 8 switches to select between snapshots

Note. Currently the LEDs still indicate the Phantom Power

Note: You will need to update XP-Relay firmware.

XPatch4.1 Build 14 - Two Customer Requests - Physical Faders and Matrix Gain Control

1) Matrix -Add Gain Control and Path Store

You can now enable these in the Settings Menu.

Gain is controlled by hovering over the gain and using the scroll wheel

When enabled the Path .Store is displayed on the lower right of the window.

2) Mackie Control of the Fader panel (F2)

To enable open the View/Midi Automation Window (F3)

Connect your Fader panel via Midi (I used a Behringer X-Touch)

Select the Midi Automation In/Out

Enable MC In the Protocol window

You can then use the Faders and Mute keys

The Rec or Function keys will select the first 8 stores
