Using a Channel Strip with XPatch-32/64/96

I was recently asked how to use a channel strip with input, output and insert in/out with the XPatch-32/64/96,

My suggestion is as follows

1) Add the Main in/out connections with device enabled

2) Add the Insert In/Out connections with Normal Enabled

When a “New” path page is generated the channel strip Insert will be added to the path page, it can be moved to a suitable position in the list using the up, down or insert keys .

The main Input and Output can be added and the insert moved as required,

The Mic/Line/Instrument input may be used as a source with the output from the Insert or Main Output

This approach uses two paths for each channel with enough flexibility to cover most requirements.
